It occurs because not all of us are up to the end belief are in favour of positive thinking. To learn to think positively, at first it is necessary to learn to find positive sides in any situation. It is necessary to learn also to supervise any thoughts which are born in our head.
You can develop self-confidence very quickly. For this purpose it is not necessary to spend a lot of time and money on psychologists. To have self-confidence it is not necessary to be rich, strong or beautiful. The most important things are correct thoughts in your head and in your heart. It is necessary to accept yourself and to cease to compare yourself to other people.
Relaxation is a skill that can be developed and used for overcoming psychological problems. There are many things we do that make us think we're engaged in relaxation, when actually this is not the case. Simply lying on the couch and watching TV will never give the same effect as real muscular relaxation.
Under the concept of "self esteem" this means the realtionship of the person to themselves, in appearance and in behaviour. The self-estimation is formed on the basis of life experience and resources of the person. In case the person estimates themselves as an "unworthy person", it is possible to speak about low self-estimations.
Time management is a system of adjustment of the relationship with time. Many people consider that proper time management is easy, but sometimes the person starts to understand that he constantly doesn`t have time, but wants to grow. When a person has a strong purpose and problems, he will always learn "Time Management".
